Happy Easter Parfaits are a fun and delicious treat the whole family will love. They can be customized to an individual’s liking, too. Have a kid who doesn’t like chocolate (might want to have them checked out by a professional, I joke, I play! don’t send hate mail), just make vanilla cupcakes, or strawberry would look pretty and taste great, too!

These Easter treats would make a simple afternoon project for your kids to put together. Kids who love to be in the kitchen and involved with making dinner would love to be in charge of dessert, too! Let’s make them!

Happy Easter Parfaits

Putting together these delicious parfaits is so easy. Kids can totally help with making these Easter desserts with little supervision. Prepare the parfaits ahead of time, minus the sprinkles, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. When ready to enjoy the parfaits, uncover and add sprinkles. Serve with a tall glass of cold milk!

You’ll need:

1 package Pistachio Pudding made according to package instructions.

1 batch of prepared cupcakes in the flavor of your choice. No time to make your own? Buy unfrosted cupcakes!

Easter sprinkles

Carrot Sprinkles

Easter candy decorations

Wafer Shreds

Clear plastic cups

set up a pudding parfait bar and let guests make their own flavor combinations!

How to:

Layer each cup with one crumbled cupcake.
Scoop pistachio pudding on top of crumbled cupcake.
Add a variety of sprinkles.
Dig in! & Enjoy!

Want to make a super fun parfait bar? Set out all the prepared ingredients and cups and let each guest build their own parfait! This is a perfect way to allow guests to customize their parfaits with their favorite flavors. You could even switch up the pudding flavors, too!
