I’m poppin’ in real quick on this Friday evening because I wanted to post an update on my 19 for 2019 but I also have a hot date with my snuggly bed and some Netflix movies. I haven’t been feeling the greatest these last couple of days so I’m layin’ low and possibly eating some chips and chocolate. Okay. I WILL BE eating chips and chocolate. We are keepin’ it real around here, right?
Let’s talk about those two marked off, shall we?
New Month & a 19 for 2019 Update
That I even have two crossed off is a miracle, I think. I’m an okay planner, but when it comes to carrying through, mmm…not so much.
However, this year I do have some serious goals. I had a doctor’s appointment on Tuesday and found out I’ve lost 15 pounds since June. 15 POUNDS!! I know it sounds ridiculous that I didn’t know this but, honestly, I stopped weighing myself when I plateaud at 6 pounds. So I was SUPER surprised when my doc practically high-fived me. It was so encouraging.
Mom and I joined the local community center and have been walking a couple times a week. I’ve also been riding the bikes and lifting weights. I even bought a pair of running shoes, not that I plan on running, but having comfy shoes has been a game changer.
I brought back my pop-up shop! The official 19 for 2019 list states “paper tag” but i have a few planner supplies, Valentines envelopes, and even a Valentine’s Day banner (that’s already sold!).
The thing with these two items is that now that I’ve crossed them off, I’m done, right? Not so fast there, slick! I need to keep exercising and lose this weight. And, I want to keep my shop up and add more of the fun things I love to make. Stay tuned!
