If you’re anything like me, you probably have stacks of vacation photos laying around. I’ve had these fun hard-back photos from my Las Vegas vacation in my craft room for nearly two years. And, while they’re fun to pull out and flip through, I’d sort of like for some of them to be on display. So, i came up with a fun washi photo display hack. These fun 3D photo collages are perfect for sitting on my craft room shelf with all the bright and colorful crafty things I love to show off.

What I love about this photo display hack is that I had everything on hand!
Washi Photo Display Hack
First, a word about the photos; these photos are printed on a hard backing that I just can’t seem to find anywhere on the net. The store where they were printed in Las Vegas is now closed and the website directs to another photo company. I’m assuming they were bought out but don’t offer these types of photos anymore. Bummer, because they’re so cute and fun!
You could absolutely DIY these types of photos. Just use Mod Podge to attach the photos to chipboard that has been cut to size.
Supplies:
- Photos
- Washi Tape
- Scrap book embellishments
- Pop dot adhesives
Method:
- Lay down two strips of washi tape.
- Lay photos upside down next to each other over the strips of washi.
- Be sure to leave a little gap between the photos to enable bending
- Fold up the two outside photos and attach another piece of washi, fold over to make a triangular 3D photo display.
Add scrap book elements to embellish the washi photo display hack!
I love how these turned out! And, they look super cute on display.
