There’s always at least one post during the month of #NaBloPoMo where I, literally, drag myself out of bed and down the stairs to type out some words here so I’ll have blogged every. single. day. in. November.
This, my friends, is that day.
5 of the 6 people who work in my office and share computers, telephones, door handles are sick right now. Like, hacking cough, runny nose, just want to crawl up in a ball and never move kind of sick.
I feel like it could be me soon so I am practicing what “they” call self care tonight. I’ve been lying in bed since I got home. I’ve been eating (it’s feed a cold, right? that works before the actual cold shows up, right? riiiighhht?) drinking fluids, and perusing the inter webs , and planning what I’ll post about the rest of the month.
And, now that I really have posted here, I’m off to bed way early.
How do you take care of yourself when you feel sickness coming on? Am I doing it right?
