Now that my brother’s wedding has happened and the couple of projects I had going on are over I can finally start focusing again on our big day. Not that I had completely pushed the wedding aside.
I’ve been browsing my usual flea market haunts and finding new ones, too. I think I’m learning to be more selective even though my vision for the day isn’t completely clear. There should be enough unique components to make the day special and reflect our personal style. Okay. My personal style 😉
Here’s what I’ve found recently:
The lace trim here isn’t even a quarter of what I picked up for $1.50. A steal!
I’m not quite sure I’ll use the ton of paper I got but I’m thinking invites? The paper is a lovely yellowed ivory-very vintage feeling.
I love this guy. He has a little silvery condiment spoon that’s lost in the abyss that is my craft table. I think he’ll watch over the espresso bar at the reception-maybe filled with sugar cubes?
I’m hoping a clearer vision will come to me when I’m ready to put this all together. What do you think? Did you have a clear vision from the start? Or, if you haven’t had a wedding-do you already have one planned in your mind?

I just adore seeing all your wedding finds. That lace! And an owl?! Perfection.
