Another year of A Month of Pumpkin wraps up tonight. I was sad that I didn’t get to participate more in my own little blogging tradition this year {but oh-so-happy to have lost a little weight when normally this would be the month for me to indulge!}.
I did, however, have some really amazing bloggers and friends stop by to carry on the pumpkin tradition.
Thank you, Julie! Your Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream was lovely and soSO good and will be my go-to pumpkin ice cream from now on. I would love for you readers out there to take a moment and check out Julie’s blog Eggs & Herbs. She has some really great recipes to share.
The lovely M.J. from Pars Caeli stopped by with a super fun mini pumpkin tutorial. Thank you, M.J. Loved them! Stop by her blog for some design and craft inspiration, especially if you have children. She’s pretty awesome.
Terri from Terri’s Table came over with some Pumpkin Walnut Baklava. I made it the weekend before the post went live, and let me just say…Terri is a genius. I have a few of her recipes pinned for future baking. Thanks, Terri! On a sidenote: did I ever mention that I was once recognized out in public because of this little blog? Gosh, I thought I was famous. It was Terri! I was making a purchase after work and she came up to me and hugged me. I was so flattered that she remembered me.
And finally, Alison, my very first Arkansas friend. She stopped by with Pumpkin Truffles that look divine. I’m happy that pumpkin season can last into October because I HAVE to makes those little gems. Thanks for stopping by, Alison! Please stop by her blog Wish Upon a Chef.
I’m so very fortunate to have such creative, talented blogging friends willing to share their recipes and crafts. I hope they {and you!} will return next year for more pumpkin goodness!

I love that you were recognized! I was on a national tv show a long time ago and a few weeks after it was on, this woman followed us around a shoe store. Finally, she came up to us and said "Finally! You were on TV!" and told us all about how she loved the episode etc (It was about weight loss & science). It was so weird but made me feel like a rock star (except not because it was the lamest show ever)

I was afraid you would think I was a stalker! LOL I'm happy that you were flattered. You're as lovely in person as you are in your photos.
