There’s something to be said for waking up at three a.m. after only four hours of sleep.
That something is-PRODUCTIVITY!
I am not a morning person. Like, at all. Except for today.
It’s 5:23 currently. I’ve showered, got the make-up done {I have to leave for work in about 25 minutes}. I did last night’s dinner dishes, put a pot of coffee on to brew, and made my perfect cup of coffee. That’s pretty much more than I actually accomplish when I’ve spent the morning sleeping in. Go figure.
My Perfect Cuppa {Coffee}
3/4 Strongly Brewed Coffee
1/4 milk
1 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup
1-2 tsp sugar {i know, i know-don’t judge!}
Pour yourself 3/4 cup hot coffee. In a separate cup heat 1/4 milk and pumpkin syrup in microwave. Stir in sugar, to taste. Pour pumpkin/milk mixture into hot coffee and stir to combine. Sit back and enjoy 🙂
{and now I can add blogging to that Super Saturday Productivity list!}
How do you like your coffee?

Where do you get the pumpkin syrup from?
I like mine iced – very rarely do I drink mine hot.. I make REALLY strong coffee and then put about an ounce of the coffee mate hazelnut syrup into a big tumbler filled with ice and coffee. So delish!

I have some pumpkin syrup left over from making the Pumpkin Walnut Baklava 🙂 Sounds good to me. Sorry you had to work. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Khourtney…I make my own Pumpkin Spice Syrup. It's really easy and takes only a few ingredients. Here's the link if you're interested 🙂

I hardly ever make iced coffee at home although I do love it just as much.

Mine's left over from Pumpkin Baklava, too. I haven't been drinking a lot of coffee lately so it's really lasting a long time. Hope your weekend's been a good one!

Yum. I can't drink coffee really (my heart and caffeine don't mix well) but when I do, I'm a flavored creamer person.
