With the wedding so far off, I have the opportunity to grow out my hair. I’ve always imagined a long, dark, messy do’. Length won’t be a problem to achieve. My hair grows extremely fast. On the other hand, it falls out A LOT. Handfuls at a time.
I am also experiencing a seriously dry scalp. I’ve tried different shampoos {some medicated} and conditioners but nothing is working; it’s a dry, itchy, flaky mess and it’s probably time I seek professional help. Perhaps I’m lacking in an essential vitamin or mineral? Thoughts?
In any case…this is what I’m envisioning:
I’ll also be thinking about brightening up the color a bit and maybe a little something to cover the grays that seem to be popping up more frequently.
{this wedding planning stuff is getting crazy, y’all. i’ve never been one to worry about hair and make up!}

Have you tried 3 minute miracle by Aussie? So good. Seriously, I have super dry hair and it really does the trick. Best if you put it on and sit in the hot shower with a shower cap on for the three minutes. Really massage it into the roots if your scalp is dry. It has coconut oil in it and that's what makes it so good!

I also like Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle. Sometimes during the fall and winter months I have to use Head and Shoulders every few days to keep the dry scalp from flaking. I get eczema on my hand during this same time, so I guess I'm just really sensitive to dry winter weather. As for the hair loss, I wonder if it might be hormonal? You might check out PCOS symptoms and see if any of the other symptoms might apply to you. (Hopefully not! But, just throwing that out there just in case.) Some of the things that have happened to me I didn't realize they were a thing to be taken together until years later (PCOS).

Thanks, ladies! Will definitely be trying the Aussie this weekend.
I had an ultrasound a couple of years ago to see if I had PCOS. They didn't see anything at the time.
