It’s just about this time every year that I get the urge to settle in with a good book and immerse myself into someone else’s world. Last year my love affair was with the Faulkner County Library. I’d stop by once or twice a week, peruse the shelves for the latest titles and bring home a stack of books to settle in and wait for Spring.
Being the fickle girl that I am, I’ve moved the library to the back burner just like an old flame {you know the kind…the one who is always there waiting to rekindle the old love affair}. I’ve received a hand-me-down Amazon Kindle from my friend Lisa, purchased by my very generous Mom {who also, so lovingly loaded it up with some titles from my Amazon Wishlist. She’s a great lady, my Mom!!
So here is the Kindle line-up and the start of many e-romances!

I am open minded enough to keep an open-relationship-mindfulness and still fan the flames of my love of the printed word. These are the loves currently on my bedside table:

I wonder about the kindle?? Its actually been so long since I've read a book that wasn't by Dr. Seuss or similar!! I love reading but haven't made it a priority I need to work on that!!

Gina, I just read "The Geography of Bliss" by Eric Weiner and it's really good. It's about the happiest places in the world, and trying to obtain happiness…it's really good! Hope you're having a good weekend 🙂 -Janae
