Hey, friends!
So it’s been a long time since I’ve been around the football scene….but when I was in it- I was immersed. Every Sunday was game day at our house. And, win or lose {mostly lose, lol} the Lions were always in our living room. Even Thanksgiving day dinner was scheduled around the annual Turkey Day Lions game.
My brothers played the sport from the Ravenna Rocket league all the way through high school. I cheered in high school for three years. So our weekends revolved around football, football, football!!
So I’m sure you’re asking yourself, at about this point, what the heck this post is about exactly. I’m not much of a sports-kind-of girl these days…but what has me SUPER excited and into all things competitive??
The Mad Hungry Game Grub Bowl!!
My onion ring recipe is a semi-finalist! I’m not sure of the deets but you can vote for me by clicking the link above. Winners of this round {final 2} will both win Mad Hungry cookbooks. I’ve seen reviews on several blogs…and it looks awesome.
The final 2 recipes will compete head to head for the grand prize: a portable Weber grill. Oh, the veggies I could grill. And fruit. I can practically taste grilled peaches!
