The best time to find Halloween items are after the holiday. Luckily, I’ve had almost 13 “past seasons” to collect some fun stuff. The best part is that these were all purchased on clearance at a steal. I suppose I have an advantage as I stalk the markdown people as they’re going through the store before it opens.
This Frankie cookie jar was a steal at $5. I picked up two….one for myself…and one for Mom.
Even better than finding a deal? Finding stuff packed away that I don’t even remember buying. I found a pair of these Frankie candle holders with The TJ tags still attached. $3 each!!

Working in retail actually costs money me thinks. I know when I worked at Rite Aid I probably spent half my check there!
p.s.
TJ's stuff is way cooler (so I'd probably spend the whole check and be bummin for more)

I think many of you guys do not know how good a photographer Gina really is and how hard she works at it.
She is so dedicated to getting just the right shots that she schlepped the items for this post and all the material to use as the background, tripod etc. and took pictures throughout different parts of the day for just the right light…and she does this all the time. I am just a lill biased but I really am always impressed with not only this but in everything she does.
And I Love her just a lill too 😉

Liz…I learned pretty quickly that all that cool, fun stuff at work isn't worth not being able to pay the rent 🙂 After all…if I don't have a place to put it…I won't be able to appreciate it properly 🙂
