Thom and I stopped in at the Ozark Country Market here in Heber so I could look for some gourds and baby pumpkins {I know there must be a real name for those cute little things…I just can’t think of it right now}. The selection of gourds was miniscule, but there were plenty of Mums to choose from. We both fell in love with the one above and it came home with us. It looks awesome out on our deck.
Being the big dork that I am, I thought it would make a cute little set to get some new pictures of the kitties. For some reason Hop & Scotch didn’t quite agree….and they just wouldn’t pose. Even trying to bribe them with pieces of Thom’s cheesy rice and bean burrito wouldn’t work. hrrrmmpph.
We’re having rainy, dreary weather again with cold temps…it’s getting a little depressing. There’s not a lot going on. Thom and I spent tonight making homemade pizza dough and sauce…I’ll share the recipes later in the week. I also have some baking to do. It is the month of the pumpkin after all….and I’m a little behind!
