Super Simple, Super Good if you like pecan pie!
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar {I used dark}
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Combine ingredients and mix well.
2. Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Fill each impression 3/4 full
4. Bake for approximately 18 minutes.
{I used regular size muffin tins and baked for about 20 minutes}
{These do not have any leavening in them…so however much you put into the tin…that’s how big your cupcake will be 🙂 }
{Melt some white chocolate and decorate, if you’d like}
