Saying good-bye to the fam was the hardest. Packing and filling the truck…piece-a-cake. Driving down the road and out of the state…we’ll see how hard that is, but I’m expecting it’ll be much, much easier than hugging everyone good-bye.
Still have a lot to load into the truck. Will take probably an hour or so today. Dad’s coming back to help. Have a small to-do list for this afternoon, including taking back a library book that was due a week ago. Hope I remember to do it 🙂 {I always write down the to-do list…but then forget to actually look at the list again….or forget where I wrote it}.
Staying at the Shoreline Inn tonight….and leaving on Saturday morning. The adventure begins…and I’m excited about it 🙂

Hi Beanie! Peace be the journey, old friend. Wishing you safe and wonderful travels. I miss you already.
I’ve been waiting for “Martha’s” new address card to arrive in the mail, but alas—none has come. Be sure to advise on the new digs. I have a card ready to zip out in snail mail…but am missing some vital stats. =)
Love you.
