Hello again 🙂 Thom arrived safe and sound…and it was a lovely reunion. Unfortunately is was a short one…I’m leaving for work again. Can’t complain too much, though…..as I have another short week, working only 3 days this week.
I’m back on track with the WW points so far this week and feeling pretty darn good…physically and mentally.

Tuesday burnt the most calories ever on a single piece of equipment 330 calories burned on the elliptical machine (easier to do while watching VH1 videos too)
Tuesdays eats
water and coffee 0

chinese 10
cheesestick 2
ham mashed potatoe and salad 10
popcorn 5
Hopefully didn’t underestimate the chinese too much.
