I know I’ve been a bad blogger as of late. I hate blogging without pictures and I haven’t picked up my camera for a while (before this weekend…the kids and I went down to the beach and you can see a few of those pics here).
So…my pic for today’s randomness is the new toothbrush holder I bought from my store this week. Some things come in and I just *have* to have them. This is one of them…but at least I waited till it went to clearance…TWICE! Aren’t I a good girl? A bargain hunter, even? Anyway…it matches my bathroom “schtuff” perfectly. I think I love *things* way too much.
So this week I’ve spent almost every waking moment talking to Thom. I miss him so much..and I can’t wait for him to get back here. Sometimes I feel like chuckin’ it all and just flying down there to be with him…even for just a day or two.
Also this week, prep for Kimmy’s bridal shower on Saturday. List making, errand running, and ideas galore. Searching for the perfect shade of pink cups for punch and banner making. I started the food shopping today after finally having decided on some recipes last night. It’s finally coming together. I’ll have a lot of stuff to do on Friday since most of the food needs to be bought fresh and put together last minute. Tonight I’m baking the “make ahead” items….lemon bars and shortbread cookies. I’ve also put the punch ingredients together to chill and mingle for a couple of days…and the ice molds are made. Fun stuff 🙂
So that’s it, friends. I’ll be pretty busy til Saturday, and hopefully I’ll have lots of pictures to share from the shower.
