…100 rattlings and posts on my blog

I know I said I’d try to make my 100th post something worth reading…something thoughtful, something insightful, some form of soul-searching, heart-pouring-out piece of literary genius…but alas…I just couldn’t find any inspiration. And, rather than avoid posting until inspiration struck…I thought I’d just post anyway, lest I be brow-beaten at this week’s Girl’s Card Night for not updating.

Winter has finally made an appearance here…Blizzard 07….as the newshounds have dubbed it. I spent the weekend cooped up at mom’s. Dad braved the roads to bring me home Sunday evening. It was SO COLD out…and the roads were SO BAD…and visibility was SO NEAR-ZERO in some spots. YUCK.

This morning I dragged myself out of bed and got all ready for work and headed out into the frigid cold. My car wouldn’t start 🙁 A good excuse to call-off and crawl into bed. Went down to try to start the car 3 times during the day. Dad comes by and it starts right up. Hmmmm…I was meant to stay home today me thinks.

Thom’s Mom is really sick and in the hospital…not doing well at all….so if you’re the praying kind…please include Christine in your prayers…and Thom too, please. Hoping all will be well and that he’ll be coming back to me soon, soon, soon.

(Finally completed one whole scrapbook page…from 2 weeks ago..ty and i went out to find a place to sled..but the snow was just too soft. The kid is SO CUTE though!)
